What better way to bring colour, texture and creativity to the school environment than for your pupils to design and create a unique mosaic artwork

There are endless opportunities to add eye-catching features to your school,
create a vibrant and bold welcome sign, a fantastic foyer area, or make your playground a special place to be with sculptures & seating.

Mosaic arts for schools can be a community effort with endless possibilities.
Guaranteed to be educational, memorable, fun
and a long-lasting legacy for your school.

Community Art Mosaic Projects

Community art mosaics provide original features
for your neighbourhood.

There are several reasons why the ancient art of mosaic is still widely practiced.

Visuality - adding colour, texture and a story to almost any space.
Versatility - able to adorn walls, floors, objects and sculptures.
Accessibility - all ages and abilities can have a go at making a mosaic.
Longevity - modern techniques make for a durable, hard-wearing outcome.

If the Romans could do it... then so can we!

The result?
An inspiring and engaging community art mosaic with a strong identity
made by your community, for your community
and guided by professionals in a friendly, inclusive and practical way.

"Thanks so much for the stunning mosaics. On Thursday I had regular visits from the Year Six children who worked on the project - bringing friends to see their  fabulous sunflower in the nursery. They are all so proud of their work as well they should be. Hope to see you again for the next project."

Mosaic Course Testimonial

"Wonderful mosaic course!  Liz is an amazing, talented and inspiring woman. I loved the time I spent in her studio working on a table top for my mother's summer house in Colombia. Liz is good at guiding you with the design, choice of colour, texture and materials that will produce a wonderful piece of mosaic art. I couldn't be happier with the piece of work I brought home with me.  I stayed at their wonderful Art House B&B and was spoiled by Dexter's - Liz's husband - delicious breakfast and lunches"
